My name is Christopher Levien. I am the owner and operator of 4everEvolving.com and I am happy to meet you. I operate from Toronto, Ontario Canada as a home based business.  I work in media production which includes audio and video production. I am working full time as an News Editor with Rogers, a National television station.  I use this website to facilitate my personal projects and affiliations.  4everEvolving has been a registered business operating from home since as early as 2004.  My history includes working in television production since 2008 with brands such as Amp'd Mobile, CityTv, Omni, Vision Tv and other personal projects.  My work has included everything from weddings to the Olympics. I've graduated from The Toronto Film School (also known as IADT). 

I am also well known in Family Law Reform. As a parent that has had to deal with a drastically complicated system that really harms families, I work with other parents and organizations such as CEPC, Father's Resources International, CAFE, NPO, APAC, and EPFC on a volunteer basis to make legislative changes and act as a Mackenzie Friend.  I believe that shared parenting should be a default in family law to stop two parents from trying to have unfair advantages over the other. However systemically this "one parent takes all" is financially motivated in bad faith by family law makers, political allies, lawyers and social workers. Many laws in Canada are well intentioned however too many good parents, both moms and dads, gay, straight, rich and poor all suffer from a system that's built for profit rather than what's truly in the best interests of the child. 

I was elected in 2017 to represent the Scarborough Agincourt area as the Ward 20 Parent Rep for the Parent Involvement Advisory Committee (PIAC). As a parent rep I represent the parent's official voice and advocate for the TDSB as a committee member. As the parent representative I volunteer to bring forward issues regarding parental involvement with your child's education. As a representative I speak directly to the Toronto District School board, Trustees, Superintendents, and assist school councils in being represented. I also help schools and the ward with grants and fundraisers. PIAC is not exclusive to Toronto. It is a provincial program that is regulated under the Education Act Section 612. So if you live in Ontario you can also run to be a PIC or for PIAC in your ward. There are also other committees and community liaison groups that provide direction to the School boards. I am always happy to meet with parents about issues for the school board and regarding parental involvement. 

What the future holds for 4everEvolving.com is change. As I grow so does my website. When I gain expertise and contacts I share it with you. 4everEvolving is about change. I look forward to introducing my partner in the near future as we work together to bring new consultation services for Labour Relations in the future. Stay tuned.
